We are delighted to share the joy and success of our recent Long Table Lunch, held on the 17th of February. It was a day bathed in sunshine, filled with laughter, delicious food, and the warm embrace of our growing community.

Underneath the sunshining skies, we came together to savour not only the delightful company but also an array of mouthwatering dishes. From savory bacon-wrapped chicken to indulgent chocolate pudding for dessert, the culinary delights truly added to the ambiance of the event and left our taste buds tingling with delight.

One of the highlights of the Long Table Lunch was the opportunity to welcome new faces into our midst. We were thrilled to see a diverse range of attendees, including individuals from Gunnedah. To all our new friends who joined us for the first time, especially Grace and Sam from Home of Strength, we extend our heartfelt thanks for enriching our gathering with your presence.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Southwell Property for their generous sponsorship, which played a pivotal role in making the Long Table Lunch a resounding success. Their support exemplifies the spirit of collaboration and community that defines our chamber, and we are immensely grateful for their partnership.

A round of applause is also due to the talented team at Tamworth event Planners and Rowdy Crowd Cups, whose impeccable event planning ensured that every detail of the Long Table Lunch was executed flawlessly. From logistics to decor, their expertise was evident in every aspect of the event, and we are indebted to them for their hard work and dedication.

As we celebrate the success of the Long Table Lunch, we also bid a fond farewell to our esteemed Chair, Shonia Poole. Shonia's leadership has been nothing short of extraordinary, and her unwavering support and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the direction of our chamber. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Shonia for her dedication, vision, and leadership.

As Shonia steps down from her role as Chair, we warmly welcome Josie Grady as our new Chair. Josie brings a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm to the position, and we are excited to embark on this new chapter under her leadership.

In closing, we extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of the Long Table Lunch, from our sponsors and event planners to our dedicated committee members. Together, we have proven that when we come together with purpose and passion, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

Here's to building on our successes, forging new connections, and embracing the opportunities that lie ahead for our Junior Business Chamber.
