Welcome to the Tamworth Business Chamber, we are proud to be one of the largest and most progressive regional chambers in NSW. As a strong advocate for local businesses and economic development, we are committed to fostering a thriving business environment across Tamworth and its surrounding areas. Our diverse membership base includes a wide range of businesses, from emerging startups and small enterprises to established corporations across various sectors. This broad spectrum of members enriches our community with a wealth of perspectives and expertise, creating a dynamic and supportive business ecosystem. We believe that every business, regardless of size or industry, has valuable contributions to make and unique needs that we aim to address.
One of the core ways we support our members is by facilitating meaningful connections and collaborations. A cornerstone of our support for members is creating valuable opportunities for collaboration and networking. We host a range of events designed to connect members, including our popular "Business After 5" gatherings, the "Progressive Dinner," and the "Long Lunch." These events are tailored to facilitate interaction, share insights, and explore new partnerships in a relaxed and engaging setting.
Advocacy is at the heart of our mission. With 3 annual leadership forums - State of the City, State of the State and State of the Nation, we provide a platform for discussing pressing regional, state and national issues. These forums bring together influential leaders and experts to address critical topics and offer valuable perspectives that impact our business community.
Additionally, we host a series of seminars and workshops during October Small Business Month, that are designed to provide valuable insights and skills to business owners. We also host the Tamworth Quality Business Awards to recognise and celebrate the achievements and excellence of businesses within out community.
“To support and empower businesses by providing valuable resources, fostering strong connections, and advocating for their interests to enhance the regional economy.”
