The 2026 Think Local, Shop Local Tamworth Campaign is a community-driven initiative designed to celebrate, support and strengthen local businesses across the Tamworth region.
By choosing to shop locally, you’re helping keep money circulating in our local economy, supporting local jobs, and contributing to a vibrant, resilient business community. To say thank you, every eligible purchase gives you the chance to win exciting weekly prizes, and go in the draw to win a brand-new 2025 Toyota Yaris Cross supplied in partnership with Tamworth City Toyota.
Running from March to May 2026, the campaign features:
• Eight weekly prize draws
• Public live draws each Wednesday
• A final key draw event at the Peel Street Markets
• Participation from businesses across the Tamworth LGA

How to Register Your Business
Do you own or operate a retail / B2C business in the Tamworth Region and want to boost your sales?
Are you keen to drive more customers to your doors but don’t have a big budget?
We are excited to announce the launch of the 2026 Think Local, Shop Local business-to-consumer campaign with a star-studded line-up of sponsors including Tamworth Regional Council, Tamworth City Toyota, and Tamworth Shoppingworld.
For 10 weeks starting on 18 March your business gets loads of exposure. Better still, it’s free for Chamber members to sign up, whilst non-members pay a nominal fee of $100 with a proven return on investment.
