About The Event

The Tamworth Business Chamber hosted its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Friday, 21 November 2025 at The Pavilion Function Centre and Gardens, with close to 100 members in attendance. The evening began with the formal AGM proceedings, including acceptance of the 2024 AGM Minutes, President’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, and the 2025–2026 Audit Report. Members raised thoughtful questions about the value and trends of corporate sponsorship, and a warm acknowledgement was given to President Dave Errington for his ongoing leadership and contribution. The Chamber also announced four newly elected Directors Aydan Marshall, Margo Taggart, Daine Cooper, and Steve Thomson who will join continuing Directors Dave Errington, Simon Walden, Craig Clarke, and Kat Sherrie. It proved to be a positive and engaging evening, highlighting a committed and collaborative business community ready to support the Chamber’s direction for the year ahead. Following the formalities, members enjoyed networking on the deck accompanied by live music from Newbies band member Brett, whose guitar and vocals added to the relaxed atmosphere.
