Little Blue Wren Services was founded by Heather Whitby in Tamworth 2019. Heather operated as an independent NDIS support coordinator providing planning, monitoring and review supports to people accessing the National Disability insurance scheme. 

Since then, Heather has expanded Little Blue Wren Services to a large company providing services to over 45clients and has a team of 67 staff providing Disability Supports in Tamworth, Lismore and the Southern Highland areas. 

Little Blue Wren Services are now a registered NDIS service giving people with different abilities, the opportunity to live a life of independence and autonomy in challenging environments. From24/7 living supports, Basic community access and supports in employment. 

Little Blue Wren have quickly become the leading service when it comes to providing quality and comprehensive care under the NDIS legislation, with a major focus on normalisation and empowerment.
