Dixie and Thyme Counselling is a mental health practice that is based in Tamworth but also provides services to Gunnedah and through telehealth platforms. We focus on providing therapeutic intervention, psychosocial support, and ongoing mental health support to individuals and couples between the ages of 12-30 years old, NDIS participants, and young people who are or who have been in Out of Home Care. We offer a warm, welcoming and inclusive safe space for all individuals, including persons who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community or those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
