Our mission is to maintain our reputation and our position as the region’s leaders in heavy lifting. To do this we are actively investing not only in our modern fleet but also in our people. We are constantly improving our employee’s skill base via independent external RTO training and via supplier training and familiarisation, as well as carrying out our own internal mentor programs so that our experienced operators pass on and share their knowledge. GBP have also recently invested heavily in the construction of our region’s 1st purpose-built crane and heavy haulage facility’, complete with a onsite weigh station to enhance our road compliance. The project is currently around 50% complete and it is hoped that the facility will be fully complete in late 2022.
GBP have been involved in the establishment and ongoing operations of all mines and major works in the region. GBP has been heavily involved in the following sectors: (not limited to)
• Rail industry – providing services for emergency derailments through to construction of rail infrastructure.
• Agriculture – building storage silos and sheds all around the New England northwest region.
• Building – working on major projects including schools and processing plants, bridge beams etc.

• Mining – providing services for initial setup of mine sites and coal handling facilities in both open cut and underground.
• Gas – working with exploration and extraction companies to erect and mobilise drilling and extraction equipment.
GBP Cranes and Heavy Haulage are expanding their business and are quickly becoming a Tier 1 company and working towards Accreditation in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2011 : AS/NZS 4801:2001, PAS99:2012 Integrated Management System and National Code Compliance in the near future.
GBP look forward to expanding our client base and providing our clients with the quality experience they are looking for and being involved and part of the projects in our local regions.
