This stand-alone workshop is aimed at developing team leadership skills utilising Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of Teams as a framework for building trust, effective conflict skills, team commitment and accountability to achieve a results based future.
During the 2 hour workshop you will:
-be able to assess your own conflict management style in a broader team context
-develop strategies to better facilitate you team leadership capability through Lencioni’s structured and widely accepted model

About the facilitator:
Workshops will be facilitated by Dr Peter McClenaghan from the University of New England Business School and Visiting Professor ESADE Business School Barcelona Spain and the University of Tartu Estonia. Dr McClenaghan’s work in the area of values centred leadership development has been formed through 15 years work and research in public and privates sector organisations. He is an accredited international Master Coach in “Leading, Managing, and Coaching by Values” and has been the Australian Institute of Management’s Strategic Leadership Program facilitator.
